How much does it cost for shipping & handling.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Mandibuzz will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Mandibuzz order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 123456XXX) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

When can I expect my order to arrive ?

The estimated time of delivery is 7-10 working days. It may differ from one item to another .

How can I open an Account ?

After you add the items to your shopping cart, you can create your own account (using a name and password) and can then use the same account for future purchases.

What is My Account?

"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Mandibuzz. You can

manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
change your password
track the status of your orders
wish list sets your preferences in order for quick purchases later on

Payments : How do I make a payment for the purchases on Mandibuzz?

Mandibuzz offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card , Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Mandibuzz and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Cash on Delivery: At present , we are not accepting payment through Cash on Delivery . We will keep you updated with the option .

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Mandibuzz(Octroi, Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges . We offer free delivery for our first 1000 clients within India . The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Mandibuzz items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
